Don’t Think Just Take Action!

Sometimes we can overwhelm ourselves just by thinking too much.  Have you ever just laid in your bed in the morning and started thinking of all the grueling tasks you need to do for the day?pizap.com14217171479921


This is not serving you and will only create anxiety. Don’t make things harder than they need to be. Just get up without thinking.

Get up right away and keep moving. Don’t think just do it.  Momentum is powerful. Every time you stop to think you loose that momentum. When you wake up in the morning get up right away and start a task. Exercise, breakfast, shower… something and don’t stop there. Keep moving. It sounds like it would be exhausting but it’s not.

Quick Tips:

  1. Prepare your clothes before going to bed so you can get up and get dressed without thinking.
  2. Get into a routine so you always know what to do next.
  3. Plan your day the night before
  4. Don’t go back to bed!

Always remember you are amazing and you have a purpose. I believe in you.
